How does LaundryDrop work?
Schedule a pickup online, leave your laundry outside your door, and we'll wash, dry, and fold everything and bring it back — usually same day.
Do I need to be home for pickup or delivery?
No. Leave your bag in a designated spot (front door, garage, porch) and we'll handle the rest. You'll get notifications for pickup and delivery.
What areas do you serve?
We currently serve McKinney, Allen, Frisco, Plano, Prosper, Anna, Melissa, and Princeton. Enter your zip code on the homepage to confirm availability.
Pricing
What does it cost?
Solo Bag (fits ~20 lbs, 1–2 adults) is $55. Family Bag (fits ~25–30 lbs) is $75. Weekly plan starts at $189/month. First order is 40% off automatically.
Is pickup and delivery included in the price?
Yes. Free pickup and delivery on every order, no minimum, no surcharge.
What if my bag weighs more than 20 lbs?
Stuff it full. We don't weigh bags and charge extra. The flat price is the flat price.
Can I mix bag types in one order?
Yes. Order a Solo Bag and a Family Bag together if you have more laundry. Each is priced individually.
Pickup & Delivery
How quickly do I get my laundry back?
Standard turnaround is 48 hours. Same-day service is available in most areas — select it when scheduling and we'll confirm availability.
What goes in the bag?
Everyday laundry — shirts, pants, underwear, socks, pajamas, workout clothes, sheets, and towels. Comforters and rugs have their own pricing.
Do I need to provide my own bag?
Not for your first order. Use any bag you have — a trash bag, duffel, whatever. We'll include your LaundryDrop bags in your first delivery.
Can I set specific washing preferences?
Yes. When you schedule, you can specify detergent type, water temperature, dryer heat, and add-ons like fabric softener or extra rinse.
Commercial
Do you offer commercial laundry service?
Yes. We serve Airbnbs, gyms, restaurants, medical offices, and other businesses. Volume pricing available. Request a quote at laundrydrop.co/services/commercial.
