How does bag pricing work?
You choose a bag size when you schedule. The Solo Bag (~20 lbs) is $55. The Family Bag (~25–30 lbs) is $75. First order is 40% off — $33 solo or $45 family. Pickup and delivery are always free.
What if my laundry exceeds the bag size?
If your load is bigger than a Family Bag, schedule a second bag (no fee, no extra pickup). Most one-person households stay within a Solo Bag weekly; most families of 3–4 stay within a Family Bag weekly.
Is wash and fold cheaper than dry cleaning?
Yes — by a lot — for most everyday clothing. Wash and fold covers cotton, blends, denim, and gym wear. Dry cleaning is only needed for true dry-clean-only labels (suits, structured wool, silk). We'll flag any items in your bag that need dry cleaning and handle them separately.
Do you charge extra for stain treatment?
Stain pre-treatment is a +$5 add-on (you tell us which items). OxiClean boost is +$5. Return on hangers (up to 15 items) is +$5. None are required.
